As a company responsible for data, we are committed to protecting the privacy of Internet users. The Qwarry platform, developed by Squared SAS, is the first-ever advertising targeting solution that is 100% privacy-friendly, as it does not collect any user data.
2. Collection and processing of personal data
2.1 Data provided via the contact form
From our website, you can communicate with our team by clicking on the “Contact” tab. You will then be redirected to a contact form asking you to fill in the following information: your name, first name, email, telephone number, contact type, name of the company you work for.
This data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your request and/or contacting you again about our products and services. This information is retained for 1 year from receipt, after which it will be automatically removed from our system.
As a data subject, you have several rights under the GDPR, which you can exercise. Please refer to section 4 for more information on your rights.
2.2 How to store your data
The data provided by you via the “Contact Us” form is stored securely on Qwarry's servers. All data stored is hosted in France. Squared SAS takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data in transit, during use, or at rest.
2.3 Cookies
Our website (www.qwarry.com) does not use cookies. We do not collect any personal data other than those in the contact form.

2.4 Use of YouTube API Services
The Qwarry platform uses YouTube API Services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Google processes certain data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Data accessed. We only access and process public metadata of YouTube videos and channels (for example: titles, descriptions, video and channel identifiers, categories, and textual elements associated with public content). We do not access any private account data, we do not use any YouTube user authentication (OAuth), and we do not collect any personal data of viewers or creators through the API.
Purpose. This data is used solely to analyze and categorize content by theme, in order to power our contextual advertising targeting technology. Processing relates to content and never to the profiling of individual users.
Storage and deletion. Data obtained from the YouTube API is retained only for as long as necessary for processing and is refreshed or deleted within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Sharing. Data obtained from the YouTube API is never sold, displayed to third parties, or exposed to advertisers. Only derived thematic categories, which contain no raw API data, are used internally for targeting.
Managing your Google permissions. You can review and revoke third-party applications' access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
