The mission
The International Sales Director will be responsible for driving Qwarry’s international growth by developing both the domestic UK market and the European hubs based in London.
This role combines a strategic international focus and local UK market development, working closely with Qwarry’s French Sales team to expand our footprint across Europe.
- Drive Qwarry’s international growth by developing and managing a portfolio of global advertisers and agencies, with a focus on key European digital hubs (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg…).
- Develop the UK market, prospecting and signing new accounts while securing and expanding revenue from existing Tier 1 advertisers and premium publishers.
- Adopt an Account-Based Sales approach, managing a target list of 20+ strategic accounts to build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (Global Media Leads, Heads of Digital, Programmatic Directors, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with local Sales teams (France, Canada, etc.) to align national and international activations, ensuring strategic consistency and cross-market synergies.
- Identify and close international budgets, leveraging historical campaigns, client insights, and local case studies to scale business across regions.
- Represent Qwarry at major industry events (DMEXCO, IAB, AdWeek Europe, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and network with key partners.
- Provide reliable revenue forecasts and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure market alignment and deliver client satisfaction.
